Back to the 80's

Hi everybody!

I would have so liked living in the 80s. When the music was still of quality (although commercial music is perfect to dance and party it is sure that it won't be something that'll last), when the life was not that virtual (Yes, I am criticizing the noxious use of Facebook and the other social networks), when we really knew how to have fun (disco seems so greaaaat)! Purpose I know that I' m not objectifies in the sense where the Man wants and will always want what he doesn't have and I admit not to steal from the rule. Furthermore, generally the Man always finds the past more interestingt and attractive than the present maybe because it is already already achieved, indeed we wait for nothing of past but we expect too much from the present! Moreover there is a movie which treats verywell  the subject: midnight in Paris. This picture is one of my favorite ones and it is a lot inspired by the work of Helmut Newton, one of the best photographers of the whole time (you can see that just here)!!

Le regard de l'autre

Hi everybody!

It's my second post (promise I'm not going to count all of them), and I'm really excited about this one!! I'm actually as proud as I can be about those two pictures that I took last year during a trip to Paris in the uncredibly beautiful and hudge Louvre museum. I always wondered if we would be exactly the same person without the glance of the others (which explain the title) and I think that these two images represent exactly this feeling of perplexity as for our status with the presence of the others. Also, would we be the same person if we were watched all the time? (Reference of big brother is watching you). Given that art ask the questions and does not answer it I leave you on these philosophic reflections.

Le désenchantement du monde

Hi everybody!

It's my first post and I have to say that I was actually really nervous about that.  It was a lot of pressure because I always thought that the first impression was the good one, so it took me about 3 weeks (after I create this blog) to post my first message. Moreover, I tried more than a hundred different presentation to finally choose this one, so I really hope that you're going to like it!

The first photoshoot I am posting today is illustrating the story of a doll who always wanted to become a human being until the day she succeed and turns into a little girl. She unfortunately discover that the "real life" isn't as beautiful and magical as it seems. I admit that it is a lot inspired by the movie Life-size where Lindsay Lohan was still a great actress. I keep my fingers crossed wishing that you're going to like those pictures!!
